I have tried making vegan cauliflower wings many different ways. This is the BEST and I think these vegan hot wings are considered healthy because, they go in the air fryer and they are oil free! They are so quick and easy! I would suggest buying a few heads of cauliflower because, you will want more the next day! These vegan hot wings could easily be made for parties or just for yourself if you don’t want to share and I am not judging you at all!
How To Make Vegan Cauliflower Wings
Ingredients
1 head of cauliflower
3 tablespoons vegan butter
1/2 cup flour ( I used spelt flour for these)
1/2 cup Franks Red Hot
Hot Wing Seasoning
dried parsley
Wash and cut cauliflower into pieces. Sprinkle with seasonings of choice. I LOVE the hot wing seasoning from Flavor God. Sprinkle flour to lightly coat cauliflower and then put in the air fryer at 350 degrees for 10-mins. I did this in 2 batches to make sure I didn’t crowd them. My second batch I cut the time to 7 mins so they didn’t burn.
Melt butter and mix with Franks Red Hot Sauce then pour over cauliflower until fully coated. Top with dried parsley and serve!
Vegan Cauliflower Hot Wings
Notes
*I put these on a baking sheet in the oven on 400 degrees for 20 mins to keep them warm before serving and they were even better!
