This vegan cornbread recipe is so easy & only requires a few minutes of prep time! My favorite thing is it only uses one bowl to make which means less mess and clean up so we are winning here! There are so many things you can make vegan cornbread with. My personal favorite is a good vegan chili! Or, nothing at all because I have definitely ate these little cornbread muffins by themselves!
Ingredients
1 cup flour
1 cup cornmeal
1tbl baking powder
3/4 cup sugar
dash of salt
1/3 cup cooking oil – I have made this without the oil and it came out just fine. If you are looking for an oil free option this can be taken out with no problems.
1 1/4 cup oat milk – or any non dairy milk
Mix all the dry ingredients together in a large bowl. Than add all wet ingredients and mix. Bake at 375 for 15mins
