If there is one thing I immediately craved after going vegan, it was PIZZA! Who doesn’t love pizza though? Lots of pizza places have pizza that you can customize to be vegan but making your own vegan pizza at home is even better and you can customize it just how you like. Its something my daughter loves doing with me because I let her pick out her own toppings!
I have been having a lot of fun making different vegan pizza combos lately. My favorite was recreating my favorite from Papa Murphy “Garlic Chicken” using jackfruit and homemade ranch & garlic sauce.
Ingredients

Instructions
- Dissolve yeast packet in warm water and mix.
- Add flour, salt, sugar and optional seasonings. I always season my pizza dough depending on what toppings I am using It just gives it some more flavor!
- Mix dough in mixer using the hook attachment until dough forms a ball. Remove from bowl and then coat bowl with olive oil and add dough back to bowl. Cover with a warm towel or plastic wrap and let rise for 1 hour before rolling at your dough on a floured surface. After adding toppings back pizza at 425 for 15-20mins (oven time will vary)
